The film "I Never Cry" (Poland/Ireland) won best picture; "Little Mama" (France) director Céline Sciamma won best director; Gong Zhe won best actress for "The Island Keeper", Liu Ye also won best actor for the film; Bruno Podalydès, screenwriter of "Two Alfred" (France), Denis Podalydès won best screenplay; Turaj Aslani of "No Land to Rely on" (Iraq/Syria), Won Best New Director; Magic Mountain (Netherlands) won Best Cinematography; And Cross the Yalu River (China) won Best Visual Effects.

Nearly 100 filmmakers from countries and regions along the Silk Road gathered together to talk to industry leaders, talk about creative concepts, exchange experiences in integrated development, display film projects, and make suggestions for the development of the film industry.
Cooperation and exchange are the theme of the Belt and Road Initiative. During the period of this year's Silk Road International Film Festival, the Signing Activity of Sino-Foreign Film and Television Cooperation of the Silk Road Industry Alliance was held. Since its inception, the alliance has continuously integrated the film industry resources of the members of the alliance along the Silk Road and related countries, and used the alliance as the carrier to promote, exchange and cooperate in films. This year, representatives of Benin, Bangladesh, North Korea, Lesotho and other countries joined, further expanding the "circle of friends" of the Silk Road Film Industry Alliance.

Gong Jun, youth publicity ambassador of the Silk Road Film Festival, appeared with the flag in his hand. Zhang Yan, member of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial CPC Committee and director of the Propaganda Department, handed over the flag to Wang Xiao, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee and director of the Propaganda Department, which also marked the successful conclusion of this year's Silk Road Film Festival.
According to the plan, the 9th Silk Road International Film Festival 2022 will be held in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province.
