In 2015, I was in charge of the Mongolian edition of inner Mongolia Public Security as the editor-in-chief, and I always hoped that the deputy director of the Buhe Committee would encourage the inscription of this journal. In April 2016, after learning of this, he gladly wrote an inscription for the Inner Mongolia Public Security journal, "Carry forward the national culture and tell the story of public security." In June 2016, I went to Beijing to get the inscription.
In September 2016, Vice Chairman Buhe returned to his hometown of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia to receive relatives and friends, I went to visit Bulao at the Xincheng Hotel, when I saw that his right arm had been fractured, I learned that this inscription was written by Bulao with his injured arm, which made me extremely moved and felt very guilty. In the days that followed, I also went to the Xincheng Hotel many times to talk to the elderly, and he recalled many past events when he studied with my father in Yan'an and worked in Inner Mongolia, recalling that they were brothers and sisters in their growth and spent difficult years together.
This precious inscription still hangs in our editorial department, and Boo's inkblot still inspires all the staff. Since this is a precious calligraphy work and Bu Lao's ardent encouragement to our Inner Mongolia public security literature, He once thought that this was the last inscription in the life of Vice Chairman Buhe, and it was also the last time I saw him. Less than a year later, Vice Chairman Buhe passed away.
May 5, 2017 is the anniversary of the death of Vice Chairman Bucher, time flies, the years are like a shuttle, and in the blink of an eye, four years have passed, and his smiling, kind and friendly expression is still vividly remembered. Vice Chairman Buhe has been working in the cultural field of Inner Mongolia for a long time, good at poetry and calligraphy, he has written inscriptions for many units in Inner Mongolia, and now his calligraphy inscription works can be seen in the capital of Inner Mongolia and other league cities, and Bu Lao's brushwork is simple and gentle, just like his character. On December 23, 2016, the 110th anniversary of Ulanf's birth, Vice Chairman Buhe entrusted his children to donate more than 4,000 pieces of calligraphy and paintings in his life to the People's Government of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region free of charge, which reflects his broad mind, deep feelings and ardent expectations for the autonomous region.
On this occasion, I will show my colleagues this precious calligraphy masterpiece and the entrustment of inner Mongolia's public security work, and at the same time deeply remember the immortal merits of Bou Lao's social and economic construction in Inner Mongolia.
