Well-known action star Jason Statham will star in the new film "The Bee Keeper". The film is currently in the run-up to production, with Curt Wiemo (Law-abiding Citizen, Agent Schotter) writing the script.
It is reported that this will be a "fast-paced thriller", deeply rooted in the myth of beekeeping, through an unconventional story to explore the universal theme, "can make the audience nervous at all times".
Filming is scheduled to begin in London and Atlanta in September 2022, and a director is currently being sought.
