Pelicans Official: Zion's right foot injury recovery has regressed and will reduce the amount and intensity of training for a long time

Live Bar Dec. 12 ,2012 The Pelicans have officially confirmed that Zion's right foot injury has regressed.

The statement is as follows:

After experiencing persistent pain in his right foot, Zion underwent a medical examination that showed a regression in the healing of his fifth metatarsal. As a result, the amount and intensity of his training will be reduced over a long period of time to help his bones heal.

Zion underwent right foot repair surgery this offseason because of a fracture of the fifth metacarpal bone in his right foot and has not yet played this season.
