According to Wu Desheng, in recent years, the Jinan Municipal Party Committee and the Jinan Municipal Government have been developing diversified dispute resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation as an important measure to create a stable, fair, transparent and predictable business environment based on the rule of law.
He proposed that the holding of the Yellow River Arbitration Development High-end Forum will effectively promote the high-quality development of the industry, provide strong arbitration energy for the healthy development of the regional economy and social harmony and stability.
It is understood that the first Yellow River Arbitration Development High-end Forum was held in November last year. At the first forum, the Shandong Foreign-related Arbitration Alliance and the Shandong Provincial Capital Economic Circle Arbitration Integration Development Alliance were established successively. According to Meng Fuqiang, from January to October this year, the total number of arbitration cases handled by arbitration institutions in the province exceeded 26,617, which has exceeded the number of cases handled in the whole of last year.
