On December 7, local time, Greek company Lamda Development showcased its new project in the renovation of el elinico Athens airport , Commercial Hub. The trade center covers a total area of more than 185,000 square meters and is located on Vouliagmeni Avenue, with a construction period of about 5 years.

The Commercial Hub will become the largest shopping mall in Greece, with large shops and state-of-the-art office space. When completed, it will provide visitors with a multi-faceted experience. In addition to emerging Greek and international brand stores, Commercial Hub will also offer catering, entertainment and wellness services, including exhibitions, concerts, gymnasiums, game corners, cinemas, children's play areas and more. These services are still available after the store closes.

Commercial Hub's business park covers an area of approximately 30,000 square meters and will be developed by Lamda Development in collaboration with Fourlis. Customers can find large stores and international brand stores selling home improvement, sports and other products, so as to fully enjoy shopping time.

The modern office space covers an area of approximately 27,500 square meters. At that time, the headquarters of Piraeus Bank will also be relocated here. In addition, a 150-metre-high multi-purpose tower containing hotels, offices and apartments will be built next to the Common Hub.
