In 2021, the third batch of centralized land supply in Chengdu was opened today, and the total land supply in 12 districts of Chengdu was 40 cases, with a total land area of 2765 mu. Compared with the second batch, the three batches of soil auctions for the first time completely cancelled the bidding for self-sustaining plots, the vast majority of plots were not bundled, and there were 14 plots with a price limit of More than 10,000 yuan / m2 in Qingshui, accounting for 35% of the total (the second batch accounted for only 15%), and the payment period of land payment was extended to 6 months, which lowered the threshold for land auctions for housing enterprises from multiple angles.

The results of the first day of the Chengdu soil auction showed a differentiated trend, supplying 15 residential plots, and finally 12 cases were completed, of which 3 parcels of land prices reached the top into the proportion of the area of competitive sales talent apartments, and the remaining 3 plots with relatively partial locations were auctioned. The land price peak plot is still located in the relatively hot Tianfu New District and High-tech Zone, C&D and China Resources respectively won the top plot of Tianfu New District, and a batch of Sichuan Yuanda, which bid for high-tech middle and 76 mu of pure residential plots with a self-sustaining ratio of 59%, once again exerted its strength, and bid for the high-tech zone plot with a proportion of 64% of the sales-oriented talent apartment area. In terms of land-acquiring enterprises, unlike other cities that are dominated by state-owned enterprises, the Chengdu land auction of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises is equally divided, and its central state-owned enterprises and platform companies have won a total of 7 residential land, and the remaining 5 cases have been bid by private enterprises. It is worth noting that Chengdu is the first of the 22 cities to release a friendly signal to real estate companies.
