1) Dark wire laying requires piping.
2) There should be no burrs in the tube, and the nozzle should be flat.
3) The joint that penetrates the pipe conductor needs to be set in the cassette, the joint overlap needs to be firm, and the insulation belt wrapping needs to be uniform and tight.
4) Plastic wire protection pipe and cassette must adopt flame retardant products, and the appearance must not be damaged, deformed and other abnormal phenomena.
5) The appearance of metal wire protection pipe and cassette should not have abnormal phenomena such as flattening and cracks.
6) The horizontal spacing between the power cord and the socket, the TV line and the socket should not be less than 500mm, and the wire intersection must be at a 90° right angle to avoid slope crosstalk.
7) When the pipeline length exceeds 15m or has two right angle bends, it is necessary to add a wire pull box.
8) When the power line is wired, the cross-sectional area of the wire used needs to meet the maximum output power of the electrical equipment.
9) The same circuit wire needs to penetrate into the same pipe, but the total number of roots in the tube does not need to exceed 8, and the total cross-sectional area of the wire (including the insulating outer skin) should not exceed 40% of the cross-sectional area in the tube.
10) The power cord and the signal cable shall not penetrate into the same tube.
11) The parallel distance between the wire and the heating, hot water and gas pipe should not be less than 300mm, and the crossing distance should not be less than 100mm.
12) The resistance between the wires and the wires to the ground must be greater than 0.5M82.
13) Open wires are not allowed in the ceiling.
