If it were me, I would have taken less of my pension, and that's what I did. Our unit is that women retire at 55, and I chose to retire at 50.

Now which unit does not have a mixed day, it is a turnip and a pit, and the tired one day is about to fall apart! We are window units, every day can meet the unreasonable correctional lover, the woman herself is about 50 years old, just in the case of menopause, you and the other party flirtation, saying that you have a bad attitude, suppress the anger, uncomfortable only you know. There are many menopausal women among these lovers, feeling that they can't control their emotions at all, jumping like thunder, the key is that there is nothing wrong with us! I thought, my menopause should not be so bad.

I was in good health, but in September 2017, several big jobs came together to do, and I was tired. At the end of November, the unit organized a physical examination, and 12 unqualified items occurred. After the woman turned 45, this obvious physical discomfort came. I first made fifty shoulders, and I didn't know which inadvertent movement would make me sweat in pain. Then it was a lot of talking, and every word I said hurt my heart. Our work is more laborious. At that point, I decided to retire at 50.

In this way, I struggled to support it every day, and then I had symptoms of weakness, and I couldn't stick to the work of a day. In 2018, the unit did not have a physical examination, I went to the hospital myself to check that it was anemia, and the hemoglobin was only 70, which reached moderate anemia. At the end of 2019, the unit moved, and I was a little tired. I carried a box to the second floor with my colleagues, and the colleagues didn't have anything to do, and I was about to lose my breath. Gynecology also has some symptoms, cervical cancer screening has a high-risk positive, doctors say it is caused by low immunity. At the same time, with back pain, it was first a little pain in the middle of the back, and then the whole back was like carrying an iron plate. The result is cervical hyperplasia, which is caused by long-term desk work.

At this time, my normal life was hard, let alone going to work. At the end of 2019, I insisted on finishing all my work, and at the beginning of 2020, I began to take sick leave. When I was resting, there was no epidemic, and then the epidemic occurred, and if I went to work, I had to take the temperature outside every day, etc., and I couldn't insist on it. The husband said don't do it, quit it, won't you retire for two years? It's not bad for two years.

I chose to quit my job in March 2020 and had an operation in June. I thought I'd have a good rest later. Who knew that when the Spring Festival of 2021 was approaching, I couldn't talk or walk, so I endured until the tenth day of the New Year and went to the hospital. The results of the examination were severe deficiency of qi and blood, kidney deficit, and began to drink Traditional Chinese medicine.

After taking Chinese medicine for more than a month, I felt better and not obvious, so I began to dance square dance at home, and I couldn't lie down when I could stand up. After drinking Chinese medicine for three months, combined with exercise, it was better than before. I started jumping outside in May, and I was very tired after just starting to jump, and I felt like my feet were lifted and stumbled. After more than half a year of persistence, the body is very light, walking will not have to wrestle, and can do some housework, cook a meal or something. Although there is still a gap compared with normal people, it is much better than before.

What I want to say to my friends is that people are in the money, in order to earn a few more years of money, it is really not worth putting their bodies on. I'm making invisible money now, can you understand that? If you exercise well and don't send money to the hospital, isn't it also making money? I will be able to retire next March, and I hope that I will get better and better and enjoy my retirement life. I also wish you all good health, happiness and happiness!
