On December 6, Gao Jian, secretary of the party group and chairman of the Shangluo Municipal CPPCC Committee, presided over the enlarged meeting of the CPPCC Party Group to convey the spirit of the 10th Plenary Session of the 13th Provincial CPC Committee and the Enlarged Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Municipal CPC Committee, the Circular of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government on Carrying Out centralized inspection activities of members, the spirit of the Provincial Party Committee's Ecological and Environmental Protection Inspector Mobilization Meeting, and the tips of the Shaanxi Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission on further solemnizing the discipline of the change of term, and studying and deploying the implementation of the work. The meeting pointed out that the Tenth Plenary Session of the 13th Provincial CPC Committee was an important meeting held during the critical period of in-depth study and implementation of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the spirit of the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech in Shaanxi. CPPCC organizations at all levels should earnestly improve their political standing, profoundly understand the essence of the spirit, accurately grasp the requirements of the tasks, base themselves on the functions and responsibilities of the CPPCC, make every effort to implement them, and ensure that the decision-making and deployment of the provincial party committees and municipal party committees are implemented and results are achieved in the CPPCC.
The meeting stressed that during the critical period when the whole city was making all-out efforts to build the "one capital and four districts," the municipal party committee and the municipal government organized this centralized inspection activity, which was of great significance and far-reaching influence, and fully reflected the trust and support of the municipal party committee and the municipal government for the CPPCC committee in performing their duties and the CPPCC members. On the basis of the preliminary inspections, all relevant departments at all levels should thoroughly collect insightful and weighty opinions and suggestions, and form special inspection reports to provide positive support to the party committees and governments. It is necessary to give play to the role of CPPCC organizations in consolidating consensus, forming synergy, and helping development, make good use of platforms for performing duties such as members' studios, publicize the current hard-won development situation, and gather a strong joint force to help development.
