At the beginning of December, Jiange County sent Li Mingfang and five other medical professionals and technicians to Shangcheng District to carry out temporary work.

In recent years, through mutual visits and exchanges, exchange of talents between the two places, and exchange of posts, the talents of the two places have provided strong talent support and intellectual guarantee for the revitalization of rural areas, education and medical care, grass-roots governance, and industrial development of the two places.
