Liu Zhonghua pointed out that the deep processing of tea is an important way to utilize the high value of tea resources, and the development of deep processing of tea in China has spawned a scale of 100 billion-level industries. He believes that Fujian tea has obvious competitive advantages in the international market and has a large space for expansion, and black tea, jasmine tea and oolong tea are all native to Fujian and have a strong competitive advantage in the international market. He suggested that the strategic path of China's tea international market expansion can be expanded from less developed countries to developed countries; from green tea absolute dominance to multi-tea; from low-grade tea to medium and high-grade tea; from bulk tea to small package brand tea; from traditional tea to deep processed tea. He shared from the perspectives of "Fujian Tea Fragrant Maritime Silk Road", "Maritime Silk Road Fujian Tea Booming", "Fujian Tea Silk Road Re-starting and Writing a New Chapter". He said that Fujian is an important tea region, as well as an important starting point and birthplace of the ancient Maritime Silk Road and the Wanli Tea Road. With the advancement of the "Belt and Road" initiative, Fujian, as the core area of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road and the bridgehead of the "Belt and Road", the Fujian tea industry shoulders important responsibilities and missions, and will write a new chapter of the "Maritime Silk Road" and "Belt and Road". He said: "In recent years, Fujian tea output ranked first in the country, the output value of the whole industry chain first" "Fujian tea export growth rate, yield, tea plant penetration rate, online consumption scale are ranked first in the country, Fujian proposed, by 2025 to achieve the province's tea industry chain total output value of more than 200 billion yuan target."
