However, insiders of the Windows 11 Dev Channel may encounter an error bug when trying to update to this latest version.
Some insiders may encounter bugs when trying to install this cumulative update (shown as an 800F0823 error in the update history). The cumulative update is then retried and is expected to complete successfully. ”
