On December 2, Zhong Xianghui, deputy secretary of the county party committee and county magistrate, presided over the 12th collective study expansion meeting of the party group and theoretical learning center group of the Sunan County People's Government of the COMMUNIST Party of China in 2021, and Tang Yuanfeng, member of the party group of the county government and deputy county governor, and the heads of various departments and units of the county government attended the meeting.

Zhong Xianghui pointed out that the party groups of the county governments and the party organizations of the government system should, in accordance with the unified arrangements of the central, provincial, municipal, and county party committees, regard the study, publicity, and implementation of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the CPC as a major political task at present and for some time to come.
Zhong Xianghui demanded that all departments and units of the county government should pay close attention to the development positioning of "one screen, four cities and five districts" put forward in the report of the Fifth Party Congress of the city and the opportunity to "take the lead in carrying out the construction of a demonstration zone for common prosperity of all ethnic groups in Sunan County", further clarify their thinking, refine measures, be down-to-earth, immerse themselves in hard work, give play to the "three major advantages", implement the "five major strategies", unswervingly take the road of high-quality development oriented by ecological priority and green development, and earnestly promote the spirit of the municipal party congress to take root and bear fruit in Sunan.
Zhong Xianghui stressed: All departments and units of the county government should, in connection with the goals and tasks set forth in the report of the Fifth Party Congress of Zhangye City, grasp the implementation against the benchmarks, combine the study and implementation of the spirit of the Municipal Party Congress with the solid promotion of the current key work, pinpoint the points of work, focus on the work, and make breakthroughs, conscientiously emancipate the mind, change the style of work, continuously improve the ability and level of serving the overall situation, ensure the smooth completion of all the goals and tasks this year, and strive to achieve a good start in the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan." It is necessary to strengthen all aspects of epidemic prevention and control, implement normalized prevention and control measures, refine the grid management system, and implement the responsibility for prevention and control to the post and to the person.
