Beijing food sampling 18 batches of samples were unqualified, involving cotton sugar, peanut rice and so on

On December 3, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision issued the 57th Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Information Announcement this year. The announcement shows that among the 1648 batches of samples of pastries, quick-frozen foods, frozen drinks, fried foods and nut products, alcohol, vegetable products, soy products, edible agricultural products, beverages, condiments, grain processing products, sugar, aquatic products, and catering food 14 types of food samples, 1630 batches of qualified samples and 18 batches of unqualified samples were organized for sampling. It involves cotton sugar, peanut rice, celery, carp, etc.

In view of the unqualified food and catering utensils found in the food safety supervision and sampling inspection, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Market Supervision has requested the local market supervision department to investigate and deal with it according to law, and the local market supervision department involving other provinces and cities has been notified.

Non-conforming sample situation

1. The cotton white sugar produced by Shijiazhuang Kaiser Food Co., Ltd. and operated by Beijing Zhang Yugang Grain and Oil Store does not meet the explicit standards of the product.

2. The spinach operated by Mopu in Longming Agricultural and Sideline Products Market, chromium (in cr terms) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

3. The carp operated by He Jinxiu of Beijing Huacheng Lianzhong Farmers Market Co., Ltd. does not meet the national food safety standards.

4. The cups used and disinfected by Beijing Jinyu Yongcheng Restaurant do not meet the national standards for food safety.

5. The celery and chlorpyrifos operated by Beijing Mei fenglin vegetable shop do not meet the national standards for food safety, and the ginger and imidacloprid operated by the store do not meet the national standards for food safety.

6. The peanut rice and aflatoxin B1 operated by Beijing Paradise River Yinfa Grain and Oil Store do not meet the national standards for food safety.

7. Blackcurrant juice drinks, red pomegranate juice drinks, dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of dehydroacetic acid) produced by Xinjiang Great Grassland Dairy Co., Ltd. and operated by Beijing Tanyangpuzi Catering Management Co., Ltd. do not meet the national standards for food safety.

8. The sturgeon and malachite green operated by Beijing Yihai Green Garden Trading Co., Ltd. do not meet the relevant regulations of the state.

9. The beef operated by Beijing BoliYang Beef and Mutton Shop, Clenbuterol does not comply with the relevant regulations of the state.

10. Baifang steamed buns, which are nominally produced by Beijing Baifang Food Co., Ltd. and operated by Feng Cun Store of Beijing Mencheng Wumei Mall Co., Ltd., sorbic acid and its potassium salt (in terms of sorbic acid) do not meet the national standards for food safety.

11. The grilled fish fillets produced by Fenglin Food Factory in Hongshi Town, Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County, and operated by Beijing Niujie Halal Supermarket Co., Ltd., N-dimethylnitrosamines do not meet the national standards for food safety.

12. The coarse chili pepper crushed and lead (in Pb) operated by the Beijing Lijing Condiment Business Department do not meet the national food safety standards.

13. The barracuda crab (in terms of Cd) operated by the Wanfeng Road store of Beijing Yiyin Restaurant Management Co., Ltd. does not meet the national standards for food safety.

14. The pork loin, sulfonamides (total) operated by Beijing Xiji Yuxuan Snack Bar do not meet the national food safety standards.

15. The plates, glasses and coliform bacteria used and disinfected by Beijing Moss Liyuan Catering Service Co., Ltd. do not meet the national standards for food safety.
