Introduction: From the small story of King Qi Wei and King Wei Hui on "What is Treasure", we learn that first, repentance is regret and correction, and comparatively speaking, "correction" is more important. Knowing and employing people mainly depends on two aspects, one is whether they can accomplish things. The second is whether it will destroy the existing organizational unity.

The Zizhi Tongjian tells a small episode in which king Qi Wei and King Wei Hui met, and King Wei Hui showed off his treasure to King Qi Wei, saying that he had ten night pearls with a diameter of more than ten inches. King Qi Wei said, my view of the national treasure is different from yours, my treasure is four ministers, Tanzi, Panzi, Qianfu, and Seed Chief, because they have the town to guard the border and govern the country, so foreign countries do not dare to invade the country of Qi, and the domestic road is not left behind.
