The Jiangshan Town Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team organized a collective study of the Constitution

On December 1, on the occasion of the "12.4" National Constitution Day, the law enforcement team members of the Jiangshan Town Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team collectively studied the Constitution of the People's Republic of China. The content of this study includes the importance of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the difference between the Constitution and the law, the basic principles of the Constitution, the characteristics and roles of norms, etc., and introduces the five revision processes from 1982 to 2021.

Through study, the team members realized that in order to carry forward the spirit of China's Constitution, they must persist in solving various difficulties and problems facing the reform and development in the field of comprehensive administrative law enforcement in our country from the root of the legal system and the rule of law. The team members also unanimously expressed the need to deeply study the content of the Constitution, earnestly enhance the awareness of the Constitution, resolutely safeguard the authority of the Constitution, conscientiously perform their statutory duties, and consciously be advocates of constitutional beliefs and promoters of the spirit of the Constitution.

In the future, the Jiangshan Town Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team will also insist on deepening the study and publicity of the Constitution, and promote the creation of a good atmosphere within the team for everyone to respect the Constitution, study the Constitution, abide by the Constitution, safeguard the Constitution, and apply the Constitution.
