The seven events of Lu Yu's "Tea Classic" record a "miscellaneous poem" by Wang Wei of the Southern Song Dynasty, the full text of which is as follows:
The Lonely Pavilion,
There are few empty buildings.
Wait for the king not to return,
Collect the hammer today.
Just the hammer scene
The whole poem describes a woman who looks through the autumn water and misses her husband who has not returned from the army for a long time, and then silently closes the door of the high pavilion, alone and lonely guards the tall and empty house, waiting for her husband day and night, and even sees no trace of her husband, and finally has to put away her face and go to drink tea in disappointment. In the last sentence of the poem, "Collect the present day", the word "just the hammer" means to drink tea or to be about to enter the coffin? The author believes that this should be understood as drinking tea, first of all, the word "槚" is in the source of Lu Yu's "Tea Classic", "its name, one tea, two tea, three tea, four tea, five." "It has been said that, secondly, brewing a pot of tea when missing the past and missing relatives has become a custom since ancient times. The martial arts novelist Jin Yong also wrote an inscription: "The water is gentle and elegant, the people are gentle, and the ancient and modern love is a cup of tea." ”
