I want to talk about faces.

We all know that trees live a skin, and people live a face. But sometimes, is it really that important?
Maybe it's really not that important to us inside.
Or that for ordinary people, it is actually a dispensable thing for ordinary people and people at the bottom.
There is a sentence that I am deeply touched by. First no face, then no face.
Would you say you'll pick it up again when the time comes? You lose face. Can I pick it up again?
But have you ever thought that your face only exists among people who are similar to your class?
When you exceed the class range of this group of people then your face may be worthless.
Rich people, those in power, influential people, their face is earned little by little?
I don't think they want it themselves, to a large extent, others see their strength, so give it to them.
If the rich are no longer rich, the people in power lose their rights, and when a person's beautiful display is broken, others will respect them as they did in the first place. To flatter them?
Obviously, this will not be.
From this point of view, let's think differently. They stand on the same starting line as thousands of individuals. But why did they become rich, they became the rulers, their influence grew? But people who are on the same starting line as them have to give them face in everything, but they can choose to give you face. Why can't they reach their status.
We all like to talk about how much suffering the rich, and those in power, before they became famous, and how did they get to where they are today? But if we really taste their lives, we will find that face is just a kind of appendage to them, and their greatest suffering may be that they do not want face, do not have face, and even give up dignity.
But for most of us, face is our last fig leaf.
We used to like to talk about Ma Yun, saying that Ma Yun did something in the process of starting a business? One of the things is that Ma Yun went to sell flowers to support his translation agency.
But how many college students are there at the moment? How many young people, especially men, are willing to go and sell flowers on the street?
We often like to say who I am going to be in the future. To a large extent, they either have great wealth or great power or influence.
But have we ever thought about going to their step, we have to pay. What exactly is it?
Is it just an effort? Yes, yes, it's effort. But the most different thing about you and them is that the places you work on are different.
Let's try to look at the development of today's society, are there more poor people now? Or is there more high-income earners now?
Apparently not.
There are still many, many low-income people around us. This may include you and me.
Is it because we don't work hard enough? Or do we not have a good dad? Are we less intelligent than them?
I think there is a factor in this regard. But this only accounts for a small impact.
Let's think about it now, low-income people. Are they diligent? They are very diligent and they can go from nine to five. They can get up at two in the morning. They can also go to bed at 12 o'clock at night. But why are they still in the low-income stage?
Elderly aside, for women, for many, what constrains them is passive living. Many of them are working passively, because life forces them to do so.
Because of the compulsion of life, they had to work nine to five. They have to do jobs that are harmful to the body and have a poor working environment.
Try to think, why is this happening? Why is it that at a young age at a turning point in life, others can successfully jump through this stage, but they stay in this stage?
When I talk about the face issue today, I don't mean to let everyone face society with a thick skin. It is not to be brazen to forget social norms, to forget laws, to forget moral norms.
It's just that now that young people are in the future, face may not be so important to us.
Of little consequence
To put it another way, if you use your face to change, you will be prosperous and rich in the next ten years, are you willing?
Absolutely. Countless people are willing to go to the queue, and countless people can go in exchange for life.
But if you were a student and now asked you to sell flowers or sell something else on campus, would you be willing? If you are a civil servant, a public institution worker, let you go to the stall after work, you will be willing.
Obviously, for most people, it is reluctant to do it.
Because if the current life can satisfy your personal food and clothing problems, can make you worry-free, you are not willing to involve these jobs, because you think that such work is out of identity. It is not in line with your personal identity.
But many parents have to do high-risk jobs, or jobs that are detrimental to their health, for the sake of their children. Because for the sake of life, it is all for the sake of life, face is no longer important, it is enough to have dignity.
Let's talk about why many college students are reluctant to take the initiative to interact with the opposite sex, especially in some colleges with a high ratio of men and women. Do you really want to concentrate on learning as they say? I don't think it's because they spend a lot of time on the game.
But why is this happening? I think it should be related to the environment around them, because most of them are same-sex people. So they have very little chance of coming into contact with the opposite sex. Slowly causing them to feel that contact with the opposite sex is a relatively faceless thing.
But if we can achieve our goals without violating the law, without violating social norms, without violating moral constraints, then what is wrong with us? Is it because I feel humiliated? If so, then I would like to ask if it is worth it?
We may all say, I don't know, but there are few people who don't have to do it unavoidably.
We may also often think about China's face culture. It can be described as broad and profound.
Because face culture can best reflect a person's social influence. Imagine if you were working all day in a dirty nine-to-five work environment, even if you wanted face very much, you loved your face very much. But will others see it that way?
We've all experienced, or seen, heard stories like this. In order to go home for the New Year, some people can show off in front of others. So they would go home and rent a luxury car. They did earn face and exchange money for face. It should just be their harder work in the future.
There is nothing special about writing this article today, just some questions about face that come to mind. Is it really as important as we think? Our face, the influence we give it, or the influence that others give him? Is our face for ourselves or for others?
Simply put, you want your face to affect yourself. Or do you want to influence others.
