According to a notice released by the Xi'an Intermediate People's Court, intentional murderer Sun Jilong, who used the name Sun Xiaojian and pseudonym Yang Yiqing, is a 44-year-old male, born on April 29, 1977 in Pizhou City, Jiangsu Province, han ethnicity, university culture.
Sun Jilong had a son in 1996 in Pizhou City, Jiangsu Province, went to Xi'an to attend university in the same year, and after graduating in 2000, worked in the "Kouli Rice Da" Internet café in Xi'an.
In 2001, Sun Jilong fell in love with Yang Mou (22 years old), a student of northwestern Political Science and Law College, and in August 2002, Yang proposed to break up, and Sun Jilong pestered him. On the afternoon of October 7 of the same year, Sun Jilong drove a leased car and carried the sharp knife purchased on the same day to the Yanta Campus of the Northwest University of Political Science and Law to pick up Yang Mou. In the meantime, Sun Jilong tried to reunite with Yang Mou unsuccessfully, at about 20 o'clock, Sun Jilong drove to park next to the college playground, the two had a dispute in the car over the breakup problem, Sun Jilong stabbed Yang Mou in the chest with a knife, causing Yang Mou's heart and lungs to rupture and hemorrhagic shock to die.
Sun Jilong drove Yang's body to a small area in Xi'an's Yanta District, where he rented, and abandoned the car to escape.
Sun Jilong, who assumed the pseudonym Yang Yiqing during his absconding, was captured on August 30, 2017 in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.
It is reported that Sun Jilong was arranged by his parents at the age of 18 and had children. After being dissatisfied with his wife, he chose to flee, and after completing his studies in a re-education project in Xi'an, Sun Jilong and his friends partnered to open an Internet café. During this period, he met Yang Mou, a college girl who came to the Internet, and the two gradually became close and became boyfriend and girlfriend.
After killing his girlfriend because of the breakup problem, Sun Jilong ran to the Xi'an Railway Station and chose the nearest train that left Xi'an to escape to Chengdu. A week later, he wrote a letter to his business partner about the fact that he had killed Yang.
After being introduced by friends, Sun Jilong traveled from Chengdu to Qingdao to work in a computer city, and by chance, he bleached his identity in Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and officially incarnated as "Yang Yiqing". After having a new identity, Sun Jilong expanded his social activities, but he still did not dare to find a formal job, so he had to start his own business. In the years that followed, he ran back and forth between Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other places, both for business and to evade police pursuit.
In 2012, Sun Jilong focused his main energy on Shenzhen, cooperated with people to do electronic products business and became bigger and bigger, becoming the boss of a technology company with assets of more than 10 million.
After the incident, the Xi'an Yanta police carried out arrests many times, but due to Sun Jilong's very high vigilance, the arrest operation was not successful.
In August 2017, the Xi'an Yanta police successfully compared "Yang Yiqing" to the criminal suspect Sun Jilong, basically determined his foothold, and immediately arranged for the deployment to carry out the arrest operation.
At about 14:00 on August 30, 2017, at the entrance of a convenience store in Shenzhen Nanshan Software Science and Technology Park, the arresting police accidentally met Sun Jilong, the police called his current name "Yang Yiqing", thinking that Sun Jilong, who was an acquaintance, smiled and shook hands with the police, but when the police shouted out "Sun Jilong" again, he completely froze and realized that it was time to come after all.
After being arrested, Sun Jilong confessed his motive for killing people that year, he said that his girlfriend proposed to break up at that time, and he did not agree with it, and suspected that Yang had someone else, seeing that his girlfriend had made up his mind, Sun Jilong, who had lost his mind, moved to kill.
Sun Jilong said that in Qingdao he met his current wife, and the two later had two children. Sun Moulong thought that his concept of love at that time was too narrow and impulsive. He also told the police that in the 15 years since he fled, he has never contacted his family, and even his mother believes that he is no longer alive.

In February 2017, convict Cao Ruisheng and Han XX, the wife of the victim Chen XX (aged 62), met while running a clothing business, and the latter two maintained an extramarital relationship.
In April 2018, Han proposed to break up, but Cao Ruisheng continued to pester.
At about 21:35 on March 8, 2019, Cao Ruisheng carried a sharp knife and came to the home of Han X in a community in Xi'an City to find his theory, but Han X was not at home at the time, and Cao Ruisheng and Chen X had a tear.
Cao Ruisheng took out a sharp knife and stabbed Chen X in the chest and back several times, causing Chen X's left pulmonary artery and lung to rupture, liver and gastrointestinal rupture, and death from hemorrhagic shock.
Cao Ruisheng continued to stay indoors after committing the crime, and Han's nephew Han returned to the room. At about 1 o'clock the next day, Cao Ruisheng asked Han to accompany him away. When the two reached the side of the road, Cao Ruisheng crashed into a moving concrete tanker and failed to commit suicide. Subsequently, Cao Ruisheng dialed 110 to surrender, and the police rushed to the scene to arrest Cao Ruisheng.
Criminal Bai Xiaoliang and the victim Cao Moumou (died at the age of 26) developed a boyfriend and girlfriend relationship after meeting through the Internet in June 2016. At the beginning of 2018, Cao Proposed to break up, Bai Xiaoliang disagreed, and repeatedly pestered Cao.
In July of the same year, Bai Xiaoliang stabbed Cao with a knife, and then wrote a letter of guarantee and an IOU, promising to break up with Cao.
In mid-December of the same year, Bai Xiaoliang began to squat at the door of the Lintong Campus of Xi'an Polytechnic University, where Cao was studying for graduate students.
At about 21:00 on the 23rd of the same month, Bai Xiaoliang followed Cao Moumou into the campus at the entrance of Xi'an Polytechnic University and took him to a power distribution room on the east section of the second floor of the south building of building 7 of the school.
In the early morning of the next day, Bai Xiaoliang strangled Cao X's neck with a rope he carried with him in the power distribution room, causing Cao X to die of mechanical suffocation.
On the evening of the 26th of the same month, Bai Xiaoliang returned to the power distribution room with a quilt cover and tape, wrapped and transferred Cao Moumou's body to the forest in the northeast corner of the Lintong Campus of Xi'an Polytechnic University, covering it with branches and leaves.
The notice shows that the criminals Cao Ruisheng, Sun Jilong, and Bai Xiaoliang respectively carried out intentional homicide and criminal activities, which were extremely serious and extremely harmful to society. The Xi'an Intermediate People's Court sentenced the three criminals listed above to death for intentional homicide and deprived them of their political rights for life.
