　　Born in 1971, Fei Gaoyun worked in Yangzhou in his early years, served as the secretary of the Yizheng Municipal Party Committee in November 2008, transferred to Nantong in 2011, and successively served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, secretary of the Tongzhou District Party Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, director of the Organization Department, secretary of the Tongzhou District Party Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, director of the Organization Department, and secretary of the Qidong Municipal Party Committee.
