Mud carp performance: The meat of carp in carp. The body of the mud carp is about 30 cm long, flattened laterally, with a rounded abdomen and a bulge in the anterior part of the dorsal fin. Mud carp are distributed in rivers with higher water temperatures in the south, and mostly feed on algae and underwater humus.
