Mud carp performance: The meat of carp in carp. The body of the mud carp is about 30 cm long, flattened laterally, with a rounded abdomen and a bulge in the anterior part of the dorsal fin. The head is short, the snout is rounded and blunt, the snout is longer than the eyes, the mouth is lower, there are 2 pairs of whiskers, the upper part of the dorsal body is bluish gray, and the abdomen is silvery-white. Mud carp are distributed in rivers with higher water temperatures in the south, and mostly feed on algae and underwater humus.
