In order to thoroughly implement the rectification of the central and municipal ecological and environmental protection inspectors, further strengthen the cleaning up and rectification of illegal construction projects, implement a long-term management mechanism, and resolutely curb the "resurgence" of illegal construction projects, on the afternoon of December 1, the Jinshan District Ecological and Environmental Bureau organized a special rectification work promotion meeting for illegal construction projects. Chu Hui, secretary of the party group and director of the Jinshan District Ecological and Environmental Bureau, Chen Jie, senior organizer of the fourth-level law enforcement brigade, leaders in charge of various streets and towns (industrial zones) and responsible persons of environmental protection offices attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the Administrative Examination and Approval Section of the Jinshan District Ecological and Environmental Bureau arranged relevant work and issued the "Special Rectification Work Plan for Environmental Protection Violation Construction Projects in Jinshan District (2021)", which further clarified the objectives, content and time arrangement of the special rectification work, and put forward work requirements for the special rectification. Each town (industrial zone) separately reported on the progress of the current clean-up and rectification work, and at the same time exchanged and discussed the problems encountered in the work with the relevant business departments.
Chu Hui put forward three requirements for the special rectification work of this illegal construction project. First, it is necessary to clearly understand the situation, improve the position, clarify the importance of rectifying illegal projects, and learn from each other on the problems assigned to them to ensure that rectification and reform are in place. The second is to clarify the tasks, compaction responsibilities, in view of the problem points, to comprehensively carry out environmental protection problems, implement various rectification measures on schedule, and further implement the main responsibility of enterprises, the territorial supervision responsibilities of streets and towns (industrial zones), and the service and supervision responsibilities of the district ecological and environmental bureaus. The third is to take appropriate measures and form a long-term effect, strictly follow the time node of the plan, orderly promote the work plan, form a normal long-term management mechanism, and consolidate the results of cleaning up and rectifying environmental protection and illegal construction projects.
