In addition, at the 14th National Games, a total of 24 athletes from Nan'an participated in the competition, winning 3 gold medals and 3 bronze medals. Nan'an City rewarded gold medal winners 50,000 yuan and bronze medal winners 20,000 yuan; the fourth place was 10,000 yuan, the fifth place was 0.8 million yuan, the sixth place was 0.6 million yuan, the seventh place was 0.4 million yuan, and the eighth place was 0.2 million yuan. Athletes and coaches are awarded the same amount of rewards as standards.
Nan'an Successful Sports Talent Training Foundation rewarded Olympic gold medalists Li Fabin and Huang Dongping with 1.5 million yuan each. The award was given to Li Fabin's enlightenment coach Wang Dexing 300,000 yuan, the national team coach Shao Guoqiang 200,000 yuan, and the provincial sports school sports team coaches Wu Yuzhu, Chen Xiaoming, Chen Wenbin and Xu Wuzhong each 100,000 yuan.
