The Guangxu Emperor , Emperor Dezong of the Qing Dynasty ( 14 August 1871 – 14 November 1908 ) was the eleventh emperor of the Qing Dynasty and the ninth emperor after the capital was Beijing. His father, Yizhen (xuān), the Prince of Alcohol, and his biological mother Yehenara Wanzhen were the sisters of Empress Dowager Cixi, and the Tongzhi Emperor was made emperor by Empress Dowager Cixi without children, reigning for thirty-four years, with the era name "Guangxu", the Guangxu Emperor carried out the restoration and change of law, was an emperor with a spirit of reform and innovation, and he was the actual decision-maker of the Hundred Days Restoration.
