When writing this song, the lyricist briefly chatted with Dai Ailing about her attitude towards feelings in advance, and accidentally found that Dai Ailing, who seemed to be tough on the outside, would still put herself in a dilemma for the sake of both worlds in her feelings, Dai Ailing said: "Looking back on the process of talking about feelings in the past, I found that sometimes I forget that I was happy is the first priority, and this song also hopes to be dedicated to listeners who have the same experience as me."

In the process of recording and singing, Dai Ailing even sang several times choked, once out of control of emotions to pause the recording, "when singing, I thought that I had a relationship in the past, because I felt that as long as I worked hard, I would be happy, but in addition to making myself aggrieved, I also forgot what the other party really wanted, hurt myself and hurt the other party, and then I didn't know myself."
