As an electric vehicle brand under Beiqi Blue Valley New Energy Technology, Jihu has opened the pre-sale of Alpha S Huawei's HI version model before the Shanghai Auto Show in April this year, with a pre-price range of 388,900 to 429,900 yuan for new cars, and a total of two models have been launched.
"This time (Guangzhou Auto Show) we brought the Jihu Alpha S HI mass production version, and the main difference between it and the version unveiled at the Shanghai Auto Show is the difference between the mass production state and the engineering state. Now this version of the model is already infinitely close to the version of the production car. Wang Deng, director of the Market Research and Commercial Innovation Department of Jihu Automobile, said that the engineering version and the mass production version of the model are different in terms of paint and vehicle-machine interaction, and the mass production version of the model has now entered the stage of generalization road test.
It is worth noting that at present, more and more car companies choose to bind with Huawei. Before the Guangzhou Auto Show, Avita, a tripartite cooperation between Changan, Huawei and Ningde Times, made the world premiere of its brand, and its first model, Avita 11, was officially unveiled; the medium and large SUV jointly built by GAC Group and Huawei will be launched in 2023; and Sharon Motors, a high-end new energy brand under Great Wall Motor, also cooperated with Huawei.
Wang Qiufeng, deputy general manager of BAIC BJEV, believes that Jihu has achieved the landing of Huawei's technology before these brands. "The Alpha S HI Mass Production Edition is the first mass production car equipped with Huawei's HI full-stack intelligent driving solution, the first mass production car to support high-end intelligent driving on urban roads, and the first pure electric sedan equipped with Hongmeng OS." Fan Jingtao told reporters: "The cooperation between BAIC BJEV and Huawei has a very deep relationship. Based on long-term discussions and run-ins, the cooperation model between BAIC BJEV and Huawei, the Jihu Alpha S HI version, is also the earliest 'ripe and ripe'. In September this year, BAIC BJEV and Huawei signed a comprehensive business deepening cooperation agreement. Through this agreement, BAIC BJEV and Huawei have formed a partnership of mutual priority, and the two sides will cooperate in many fields. ”
Fan Jingtao believes that in the era of intelligent vehicles, when vehicle companies look at the relationship with suppliers, the focus is not to gain dominance, but to build a real circle of friends. Therefore, the relationship between Beiqi Blue Valley and the industrial chain partners is no longer the buying and selling relationship between the traditional main engine factory and the supplier, but the equal friendship relationship, which is conducive to maximizing each other's subjective initiative.
"The car company's choice to let the partner (Huawei) provide a complete solution is also based on the consideration of the actual situation. Through its own hardware technology, software introduction cooperation can more efficiently launch intelligent new products. If we completely independently develop intelligent software, with large R&D investment and long cycle, the cycle of new product launch and iteration will be lengthened. According to Fan Jingtao, the Polar Fox Alpha T and all future mass production models of the Extreme Fox will have Huawei HI versions. At present, Jihu is making an overall operation plan for next year, and at next year's Beijing Auto Show, a new model of Jihu will be unveiled.

"Independent brands are working around the high-end electric vehicle segment, and they are all formulating their own electrification path, and the same is true for joint venture brands." However, around the trend of electrification, the market share of independent brands continues to grow, and in the gradual harvesting of the market share of joint venture brands, the rise of independent brands is unstoppable.
