Xiao Yingchun (1856–1922 CE), courtesy name Shaoting, nicknamed Gong Gong (頵公), was a native of Kunming, Yunnan Province. Xiao Peiyuan [a native of present-day Kunming, Yunnan Province, who was a jinshi in the second year of Xianfeng in Broad Daylight (1852), served as the prefect of Jinan Province (present-day Jinan, Shandong Province), and was the son of an envoy to Shandong Province, and xiao Yingchun's family was a salt merchant. There is a compilation of the "Outline of the Five Continents".

In the nineteenth year of Qing Guangxu (1893), he was selected in the examination. In the twenty-fourth year of the Qing Dynasty (1898), after the penghu reform, he was keen on economic science and had foresight in discussing things, and most of the time in the Qing Dynasty (the end of the Qing Dynasty) was appointed in Shandong. In the twenty-seventh year of Qing Guangxu (1901), he was a donor and tried in different provinces. In the twenty-eighth year of Qing Guangxu (1902), he was sponsored by the Economic Special Branch (the same branch as Yuan Jiagu of the Honghe Shiping people in Yunnan). In the twenty-ninth year of Qing Guangxu (1903), he took the temple examination, won the seventh place in the second class of the economic special science examination, and was assigned to Shandong as an alternate Dao, and served as the director of the Shandong Agriculture, Industry and Commerce Bureau. After the completion of the Jiaoji Railway, it also managed the affairs of the Shandong Mining Bureau and the Jiaoji Road Mining Bureau. In the thirty-first year of Qing Guangxu (1905), he also served as the director of Shandong University (equivalent to the president). In the 32nd year of Qing Guangxu (1906), he was promoted to the general office of the Shandong Bureau of Agriculture, Industry and Commerce, in charge of the province's industrial and commercial industries. In the thirty-fourth year of the Qing Dynasty (1908), the Shandong Bureau of Agriculture, Industry and Commerce was changed to persuasion, and Xiao Yingchun served as a Taoist. In the third year of the Qing Dynasty (1911), Xiao Yingchun was ordered by Sun Baoqi, the governor of Shandong Province (now a native of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, a heavy minister of the late Qing Dynasty and a diplomat of the Republic of China) to negotiate with the Germans in the mining industry, and was still able to pay attention to the interests of the Chinese people and was quite successful. Xiao Yingchun was then transferred to Fengtian [one of the provincial administrative units of the late Qing Dynasty and the Beiyang government of the Republic of China, abbreviated as "Feng", the provincial capital of Fengtian Province. From the seventeenth year of the Republic of China (1928) to the eighteenth year of the Republic of China (1929), the Party government of the Republic of China in Nanjing successively changed "Beijing" to "Beiping" and renamed "Fengtian Province" to "Liaoning Province", which means "eternal tranquility on both sides of the LiaoHe River", but the people still habitually call it "Fengtian Province". "Fengtian City" was changed to "Shenyang City"], and before he could take office, the Wuchang Uprising broke out.

After the Xinhai Revolution, he did not shi the Republic of China, and took refuge in Qingdao (present-day Qingdao, Shandong Province), with Puwei (full name Ai xin jueluo Puwei, also known as the Lord of Xijin Zhai, the late Qing Dynasty, the great-grandson of the Qing Daoguang Emperor MinNing, the grandson of Prince Gong Yixin, the son of Belle Zaiying), Liu Tingchen [a native of Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, the 20th year of the Qing Dynasty (1894), a calligrapher. He was the general supervisor of Beijing Normal University (president of Peking University), and was the first person in modern China to pioneer the teaching of sub-disciplines] and other people were very close to him, participated in the restoration of the Qing Dynasty, and engaged in business after failure. On May 8, the seventh year of the Republic of China (1918), Xiao Yingchun and Wang Luquan [who had served as Zhizhou in Jining, Shandong (now Jining, Shandong Province)], Anshanpu (now a villager in Rizhao Subdistrict, Donggang District, Rizhao City, Shandong Province, and twice served as the director of the Shandong Provincial Department of Finance) raised shares and established the Shandong Industrial and Commercial Bank in Jinan, Shandong Province, which opened on the same day. On October 15 of the following year, a new business building was built in the south of Jinan Courtyard West Avenue Road, with a capital of 2 million yuan. Unfortunately, in the fourteenth year of the Republic of China (1925), only 520,000 yuan was collected, and due to poor management, it was closed on September 6 of the same year. In the eleventh year of the Republic of China (1922), Xiao Yingchun died in his apartment in Jinan, Shandong Province, and was buried in Xindian Zhuang, East Jinan City (now Xindian Community, Dongfeng Street, Licheng District, Jinan City, Shandong Province).

When Yang Shijun [a native of Xuyi County, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, and a jinshi in the twelfth year of the Qing Dynasty (1886)] was serving as the governor of Shandong, he wrote in his "Essays on the First Soldier of LingXiao": "In the alternate dao, Zhu Zhongqi, Xiao Yingchun, and Du Bingyin were called Zhu Xiao Xu Du SiHong Dao Yan. "In the twenty-eighth year of Qing Guangxu (1902), he published and printed the "Outline of Five Continents". During the 31st and 32nd years of the Qing Dynasty (1905-1906), Xiao Yingchun personally participated in the construction of the Taishan PanDao.

Poems by Xiao Yingchun during his tenure in Shandong:

At night, yuguan is far away, and the sound of the whip is two XiaoXiao. Bending the bow desert idle horse, drinking feather plain test shooting eagle.

The grass is cold in spring and the snow is accumulated, and the frost forest is shaking at night. Zhuang cherished what was the dream of Hou Hou, and was still arrogant after the battle.
