The total land area of the school is 23,731 square meters, and the total construction area is 41,507 square meters. The school plans to set up 60 teaching classes, which can provide 3,000 high-quality degrees, and is expected to be completed and opened in the fall of 2023.

The overall construction of Rong Guotuan Middle School has invested about 270 million yuan, which is the school with the largest capital investment in the public schools in Xiangzhou District, in addition to the construction of teaching buildings, comprehensive experimental buildings, cultural and sports comprehensive buildings, and underground civil air defense facilities, the school will also build a 300-meter circular standard athletics field on the top of the cultural and sports comprehensive building, which is the first "air sports field" for Zhuhai School.
