Sanqiao Village belongs to the combination of urban and rural areas, formed by the merger of 12 natural villages such as Diankou, Buqiao, Longxing, etc. The diankou natural village where the village committee is located, adjacent to the Jinqiao Industrial Park, the villagers are only about 600 people, but there are more than 4,000 foreigners, all of whom live in the village.

There are not only a large number of people from other places in the jurisdiction, but also more than 50 public construction supporting units such as supply and marketing cooperatives, grain stations, and health centers. In addition, Sanqiao Village is also close to Yangpi Lake Wetland Park, once the village has too much rain, it will also carry sewage and flow into the pleasant scenery of Yangpi Lake, affecting the water quality there.

This year, the street is determined to rectify the mixed flow of rain and sewage in the natural village of Diankou, carry out "zero direct discharge of sewage", go door to door, and take into account the surrounding enterprises, public construction units, hidden danger points, etc. All underground pipe networks have been transformed, adding pipe networks, accessing each household, increasing the diameter of pipelines, implementing rain and sewage diversion, and connecting into urban pipe networks, completely changing the situation of chaotic sewage discharge and serious waterlogging in the past.

A new lifting pumping station was built to solve the problem of water leakage in the community

Located in the northwest corner of the Mingjia Community next to Minkang Street in Fuchun Street, a 5-meter-deep and 3-meter-diameter "big bucket" is inserted into the ground, which will completely solve the biggest "stubborn disease" that has been prone to waterlogging in this community for many years. This newly installed "big barrel", called the integrated lifting pump station, will be installed inside two imported lift pumps, once the internal water reaches a certain level, the lift pump will start the drainage function and send it into the urban pipe network.

It is understood that the total investment of the lifting pumping station is about 1.46 million yuan, including the construction of the pumping station and the supporting civil construction, the project is nearly completed, and the lifting pumping station will be put into use at the end of November.

Since its delivery in 2009, the problem of waterlogging in the Mingjia Community has been plaguing the residents of the community, mainly because the underground pipe network of the community is lower than the height of the city by 50 or 60 centimeters, and the water in the pipe network and the water on the road will be directly poured into the community, which is prone to waterlogging. The second batch of "zero sewage discharge" construction projects, including Xinhui Community, Juli Community, Sanqiao Village Diankou Natural Village, etc., started in June, with an estimated total investment of 29.8091 million yuan, 90% of which has been completed, and most of the projects have been completed.

The next third batch of construction projects mainly renovated the living quarters and public construction facilities in the four blocks within Fuchun Street, as well as six small industries including restaurants, farmers' markets, barbershops, etc., and the project began in December.
