Accelerate as a pilot city
Clean and warm, one end is connected to the blue sky and white clouds, and the other is connected to the people's cold and warm. In July 2017, Taiyuan was identified by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the former Ministry of Environmental Protection and the National Energy Administration as one of the 12 pilot cities for clean heating in the northern region. The Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government instructed the Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment to take the lead, and the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and other departments cooperated with the implementation of clean heating transformation in rural areas, and the rural areas of the six urban areas achieved full coverage of clean heating, with a total of 226,500 households completed.
From 2020, the municipal party committee and the municipal government have instructed the municipal energy bureau to take the lead in continuing to implement the clean heating transformation of three counties and one city. According to statistics, 11,385 households will be transformed in 2020, and 9,655 households will be transformed in 2021, and the clean heating coverage rate in rural areas of the city has reached 90.8%.
Taiyuan City's rural clean heating transformation is relatively scattered, involving many points, a wide range, at present, only Qingxu County, Gujiao City, Yangqu County, Lou Fu County and other three counties and one city 21,682 residents of remote mountainous areas have not yet realized clean heating transformation. In view of the problems, the three counties and one municipal government are actively organizing the distribution of clean lantan this winter, and it is expected to distribute 65,046 tons of clean lantan. As of November 11, a total of 24,392 tons have been distributed to ensure that residents are normally warm and warm for the winter.
