Macao, November 20 (Reporter Mao Lei) The opening ceremony of the "2021 Track and Passion" carnival was held in Macao on November 19.
For the eighth consecutive year, the Macao Convention and Exhibition Industry Association has held the annual Racing Carnival closest to the track during the Macau Grand Prix, aiming to promote Macao's construction into a "World Tourism leisure center" and experience the charm of Macau's racing city. Racing drivers attending the opening ceremony include: Chinese driver Ma Qinghua, Macau driver Zheng Yuancong; Hong Kong drivers Mo Zi Nuo and Mo Zi Hong; Drift rider Ding Zhuoyan.
MGTO Director Maria Fernandes Fernandes gave an opening speech, and the 68th Macau Grand Prix was officially staged today, delivering 6 exciting events for fans. The "Track & Passion" event has been held for 8 consecutive years, during the Macau Grand Prix, the sports car display and drift car performance and other wonderful programs were presented, and this year the Rising Star Driver Training Experience Program was added to let the public and passengers experience the excitement of racing first-hand, and the diversified activities made everyone happy.
According to Senna Fernandes, in line with the promotion of the 68th Macau Grand Prix, MGTO also held a parent-child workshop on "Little Drivers Make" at the Macau Grand Prix Museum, and supported the community to hold a series of community tourism activities that combine the elements of the Grand Prix, inherit the culture of the Grand Prix, and take advantage of the linkage effect of the Grand Prix to promote Macao's diversified tourism experience and rich festivals and events, so as to enhance the attractiveness of Macao's tourism.
