Affected by the heavy rainfall in September and October this year and the flooding of the Beiluo River, a total of 252,100 people in Dali County, Shaanxi Province, were affected, and farmland, roads, housing, water conservancy, electricity and communications were damaged to varying degrees. After more than 40 days of emergency rescue and post-disaster reconstruction, the affected people have completed the relocation or resettlement nearby.
