Everyone unanimously held that coinciding with the centenary anniversary of the party, the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee carries forward the past and opens up the future, and the historic resolution deliberated and adopted is a major program for promoting the whole party to further unify its thinking, will, and action, and is also a mobilization order for the times to learn from history and create the future. As young cadres and policemen in the new era, we must regard studying, publicizing, and implementing well the spirit of this plenum as the primary political task, vigorously carry forward the great spirit of party building, and work hard at a new starting point to forge ahead.
