The drama "Dawn 1949" takes the Pingjin Battle in 1949 as the background of the story, centering on the secret battles and games that occurred in the process of liberating and taking over Northern Jinbei by the Communist Party of China, telling the story of Cai Jinfeng, Ling Yi, Meng Yuan, Yu Peng and other members of the Communist Party of China who fearlessly sacrificed, faced with many difficulties and contradictions, smashed the enemy's conspiracies with wisdom and bravery, and finally completed the peaceful transition of the city and ushered in the birth of new China.
