In June 2018, Hunan Daily Xiang video road (formerly news image center) established the "Poverty Alleviation Image Public Welfare Alliance", inviting photographers as photography volunteers for poverty alleviation in Hunan to record and shoot in depth, and retain the magnificent historical picture of the precise poverty alleviation in Sanxiang.
Precious photos of poverty alleviation are disseminated through exhibitions, media, books and other means, which make people deeply feel the power of images. This is our happiness, the meaning of the record.
According to the number and quality of the pictures, we will comprehensively evaluate 13 outstanding volunteers, and will issue certificates and bonuses (individual tax withholding).
