In school, I had a lot of work, in addition to teaching Chinese in two graduating classes all year round, I also engaged in office work, and even at the beginning the office was on my own. Meeting minutes, plan summaries, slogan awards, poster blackboard newspapers, planning and writing of previous campus art festivals, teachers' continuing education registration declarations, professional title declarations, etc., are all my business or all my business. In the summer, I also write school history, but also on-the-job study, but also write in my spare time. There is a period when the holidays are also given to the graduating class, and the pre-selection before the examination is carried out that year, and the whole school pre-selects the examination, and I take the Language class.
Until later, when the slogan didn't have to be written, I had been writing it for twenty or thirty years.
Due to the heavy workload, there was no time to post, only a few days before Liu Gongquan, less than a month before and after.
Is it good to write my words without posting? Dare not say. Now that I have learned more about calligraphy, I have discovered that calligraphy is really so profound. However, for so many years, the school held meetings to hang up the monogram I wrote, and for many years I don't know how many students have written the award certificate, it seems that my words will not embarrass the school. There are many teachers engaged in calligraphy in the school, including a member of the Chinese Book Association, and if I have a big problem with my words, they will be able to see and give opinions, but the member of the Chinese Book Association among them who has written a letter often asks me to give him advice, saying that he is not happy about the advantages.
In short, there is some truth to the fact that it is possible to write well without posting.
But be aware:
First of all, you have to have understanding, although it is not necessarily a genius like Jia Pingwa, but the talent that can understand the brushwork should be there when you look at the words.
Secondly, poetry and painting are connected, you have to be able to write poetry, you have to be able to write, at least love. Aesthetics, observation, imagination, and expression can all be used in poetry and painting. The three major books in the world are all manuscripts. In this regard, Jia Pingwa, as a famous writer, is certainly not bad.
The ability to observe is not good, and it is difficult to see through the pen of the word.
Without imagination, the words are written to know what to look like, which is not ok. At its simplest, calligraphy has an open "secret", which is called writing "envisioned glyphs".
Third, the level of aesthetic taste directly determines the grade of your writing.
Fourth, know, but can not express, and even require the use of calligraphy only eight basic strokes (brushwork) to express a lot of many to infinity, you can't do it, without the ability to express calligraphy is certainly not OK.
And a great component of calligraphy beauty is a technical level of things, otherwise even if you think of it, you can't express it, so you don't post, but you have to practice words every day, even like the book saint and the grass saint, every day to wash the pen and wash the yantai, so that "the pool of water is black".
People like Jia Pingwo, who love literature and art, must be uncomfortable without writing for a day.
Huai Su practiced writing, used banana leaves, and wrote out ten thousand bananas. The pen, written badly, is called "returning the pen", and the more the pen is withdrawn, buried up, and becomes a "pen mound".
Therefore, Su Dongpo said, "The pen becomes a pool of ink and ink, and if it is not as good as Xizhi, it is dedicated; The pen is bald with a thousand tubes, the ink is milled with ten thousand ingots, and it is not Zhang Zhi as a Suojing."
And I said that I didn't write well.
I still don't post them, I only hang those Fa posts on the wall, look at them every day, and ponder them every day, but there is some progress because I have made some progress, only because I secretly match the experience of my predecessors: I will "hang the Fa posts on the wall" and speculate day and night.
The effort of writing slogan awards for more than twenty years has not been in vain, at least we can recall the mistakes of penmanship.
Speculating and analyzing the brushwork, finding out the success of the Fa Ti and one's own mistakes, can not replace a large number of writing - calligraphy is a very practical art, some things want to get, to write out, must be long-term practice. Jia Pingwo has been writing for so many years, he should be very skilled in penmanship, and even has his own personality.
As far as I know, he and Liu Zhixian, a former cadre of the China Book Association and the current International Book Association, and zhang Tielin, an actor, are calligraphy friends, and they are the most opposed to paying attention to the beginning and closing, drawing the corners of the head, advocating "writing when the pen is written, and receiving when it is written", and also believes that "calligraphy is spelled to the end, and the spelling is culture".
With this level of understanding and effort, calligraphy will not be bad. Look at his words, it is true that he has drawn silver hooks, rich connotations, and is very kung fu.
