To celebrate his 74th birthday, the Terminator himself decided to test his limits by holding up what looked like 5 45-pound things in Instagram videos (which could weigh more than 270 pounds).
"I did it!" Schwarzenegger proudly said in a video shared by his son Patrick that he has been practicing vegetarian diets for the past few years and even made a documentary about vegetarian athletes, Game Changer.
"Happy birthday, Dad," Patrick wrote in the headline; "I can't believe you became a grandpa last year." Can't wait to see what happens this year! ”
His son continued, "I don't know how you're still so fat today, 74 years old. I really wish I were half as strong as you were at your age. ”
