On November 6, at the construction site of the Qingdao Oriental Eden Project, two track cranes were separated on both sides of the Storm Forest Pavilion, and the net shell hoisting was promoted with high efficiency, and 50% of the total project volume was completed. The entrance to the north side of the Storm Forest Pavilion has completed the construction of the main structure, and the overall construction of the metal roof, glass curtain wall and integrated mechanical and electrical engineering is underway. The water extreme hall on the east side has entered the foundation construction stage of the main structure, and the basement of the water quality hall on the west side has also officially entered the foundation construction stage. The overall project construction has entered a new stage of comprehensive construction promotion, and the final charge has been launched towards the year-end goal of 2021.
Qingdao Oriental Eden Project is a world-class eco-cultural tourism destination with the theme of "water", the core area covers an area of about 400 acres, the scenic spot integrates cultural tourism, ecological tourism, entertainment experience, science education, seminar forum, social welfare and other content in one, a total of four areas are set up in the entrance area, water quality area, water extreme area, storm forest area, it is planned that before the end of December this year, the storm forest pavilion will complete the pillar unloading, as well as the deepening design of the internal source area and the test of the on-site lighting effect. According to Wang Yonggang, general manager of Qingdao Oriental Eden Project, the construction period of the mesh shell structure is very tight, and under the premise of ensuring the safety of construction, the steel structure construction workers currently work two shifts, and the construction time is up to 20 hours. Concrete pouring and metal roofing construction are also currently working overtime. At the same time, the equipment investment is also in a saturated state, "on the basis of the 400-ton track crane, we added a 500-ton track crane, and now the two equipment are working at the same time, and the efficiency is greatly improved." ”

The Water Quality Pavilion will be mainly for young children, and a small theater will be set up to entertain and educate. After the completion of the project, citizens and tourists will feel the relationship between water and life in the scenic spot, and create a world-class cultural tourism destination.
