According to the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission, the May Day and Dragon Boat Festivals are approaching, and in order to further tighten discipline, purify the festive atmosphere, consolidate and expand the spiritual achievements of the eight central regulations, and persistently uphold the correct style and discipline, the Beijing Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has publicly reported five typical problems of violating the spirit of the eight central regulations that have recently been investigated and dealt with.

1. Zhang Hua, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, illegally accepted banquets that may affect the fair execution of official duties, and accepted gifts in violation of regulations. From 2019 to 2020, Zhang Hua and others have accepted banquets from Fan Mou, the legal representative of a company, four times, with a total consumption of more than 12,600 yuan. On December 12, 2019 and May 16, 2020, Zhang Hua received a down jacket and a case of Moutai wine (Chicken Year commemorative wine) given by Fan, with a total value of RMB 46,700. Zhang Hua received a severe warning from within the party.

2. Gao Jianlai, head of the Education Working Committee of the Fangshan District Committee and the Supervision Section of the District Education Commission, illegally handled his women's wedding banquet and took the opportunity to accept gifts from management service recipients. In September 2018, Gao Jianlai held a wedding banquet for his daughter and filed it with the organization, and the scope of the banquet was "relatives, friends, and villagers". On September 21, 2018, Gao Jianlai hosted a banquet at the Longgang Restaurant in Nanshanggang Village to entertain 14 of his subordinates working in the former Fangshan District Government Education Supervision Office, and accepted a gift of RMB 500 each, totaling RMB7,000. Gao Jianlai was punished with a warning from within the party.

3. Zhu Chunyue, former secretary of the party branch and director of the village committee of Diaoyutai Village, Quanhe Street, Huairou District, privately maintained a public car. From March 2019 to July 2019, Zhu Chunyue repeatedly used the village collective car fuel card to refuel private cars, with a total amount of more than 5,000 yuan. Zhu Chunyue received a severe warning from within the party.

4. Wang Wei, former secretary of the party branch and director of the village committee of Xiaoying Village, Yanqing Town, Yanqing District, cheated and fraudulently identified and retained illegal houses. In July 2019, Wang Wei identified the illegal houses built by Mr. Liu in the "large plot of land" in Xiaoying Village, Yanqing Town, Yanqing District, which he leased, as a public welfare project house by supplementing the minutes of the meeting and writing instructions, and later discovered by the planning department and demolished the illegal construction. Wang Wei was punished with a warning from within the party.

5. Zhao Qun, general manager of Beijing JiandaJingjingJingdafang Engineering Management Co., Ltd., organized the issue of public-funded tourism for employees. In July 2018, Beijing Jianda Jingdafang Engineering Management Co., Ltd. held the 2018 annual director seminar and the third quarter project management meeting in Xiong'an New District. During the period, the company organized some employees to visit the Baiyangdian Grand View Park, and paid a total of 2300 yuan for the entrance fees of the attractions, and Zhao Qun was responsible for leadership. In addition, Zhao Qun also has other disciplinary problems. Zhao Qun received a severe warning from within the party and was punished with an administrative demerit.
