In April this year, the Eighth Central Ecological Environmental Protection Supervision Group sunk Yuxi City Inspector found that the local pollution control work in Qilu Lake did not move to be real, in order to meet the water quality assessment requirements, engaged in projects, made superficial articles, and adopted fraudulent means to interfere with the sampling environment of state-controlled water quality monitoring points, resulting in the illusion of water quality improvement:
Yuxi City invested 26.5 million yuan in a construction project to divert water from Dalongtan into the lake;
Yuxi City invested 23 million yuan to build a fence project around the monitoring point, thus forming a relatively closed water area to prevent good water from flowing out and bad water from flowing in;
Tonghai County invested 20.93 million yuan to build an extended drainage pipeline into the lake, transporting ecological water replenishment and part of the water quality improvement station to the area near the water quality monitoring point, diluting the concentration of pollutants in the water body;
From March to December 2020, Tonghai County invested 485 million yuan to build 6 water quality improvement stations on the lakeside, that is, to take water from the lake, purify it through ozone and then discharge it into Qilu Lake...

He is also the vice chairman of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of the Zhi Gong Dang and a counselor of the provincial government.
