Practice steps
1: The dumpling skin, put the meat in the middle.
2. Fold the skin of the dumpling into the petals of a plum blossom.
3. Fold into six petals.
4: Use chopsticks to separate the petals.
5: Use scissors to cut two knives on each petal.
6: Scoop egg yolks on each petal.
7: Add some chili sauce in the middle of the petals.
8: After the water boils, put the steamer and steam for about 12 minutes. Carefully clip it out and plate it, garnish with a few celery leaves or coriander.
Mood story
I ate dumplings on the winter solstice, but I was not very good at making dumplings, so I made a few plum blossom steamed dumplings for my family to taste according to the light little flower school. The result is beautiful and delicious.
