The widening and reconstruction section of Yanli Road is near the south bridgehead of the Yanpingba Yangtze River Bridge, involving a total length of 1.9 kilometers, which has been transformed into a road of 30 meters to 50 meters wide after the transformation of the original 10-meter-wide lane. It started in early July this year and was completed on October 1.

After the road is widened and reconstructed, the traffic efficiency of vehicles in this section will be further improved and the occurrence of traffic accidents will be reduced. During the interview, the reporter learned that the thirteen ramps of the south bridgehead interchange of the Yanpingba Bridge have been completed eleven times.
Jing Weilin, deputy project manager of the Yanpingba Yangtze River Bridge project in Sichuan Luqiao, said that the current construction of the A ramp from the south bank to Lingang and the B ramp from Lingang to Lizhuang is steadily advancing, and it is expected to be completed and put into use at the end of November.
At present, the construction unit is carrying out the construction of the underpass frame and subgrade of these two ramps, and the next stage will be paved and the implementation of ancillary projects such as traffic safety and lighting.
After the completion and use of the 13 ramps at the south bridgehead of the Yanpingba Yangtze River Bridge, whether it is up and down the Yanpingba Yangtze River Bridge or vehicles heading to Lizhuang and Yichang Road, they can make a rapid traffic transfer through the ramp.
