New Commentary: Liu Shenxian of the Republic of China (Falling into the Valley, How the Master Continued His Life 41)

author:Centenarian Commentary

The book was picked up (Liu Tianyun met a giant snake, fell into the valley, his body was broken, his internal organs were broken, and the master used the continuation of his life to continue his life)

It is said that although Liu Tianyun retrieved his life, he was still seriously injured, and his vitality was seriously injured, and the white snake's snake Dan only hung his life, and his body could not be restored.

His master broke his heart every day about how to heal him. Although it has passed the 100-day mark, but the body meridians are blocked, stasis is all over the body, if you can not exhaust the congestion, you can not get rid of Chen Xinxin, is still a waste.

On this day, the sun is just right, the two masters and apprentices are basking in the sun, the master said: Tianyun, the human body, the general hundred days of bone and arm wounds can be healed, six months and one hundred and eighty days, the skin can be restored, but the yuan qi recovery must not be ten months and two hundred and eighty days. You don't have to be anxious.

Liu Tianyun: Why must it be two hundred and eighty days?

Master: You are born again after death, just like a baby is very pregnant, you must re-cultivate the yuan, strengthen the foundation, accompany it with food, and supplement it with covenants, in order to recover your vitality and get the fire of the day after tomorrow.

Liu Tianyun: I am good to be born again, and the master is my parent for regeneration, why should I repay in this life?

Master: Don't say this, you and I have this relationship. However, the blessing of misfortune is that if you can make good use of these ten months, reopen the veins around you, and force the big Sunday, which is decades faster than ordinary people, the so-called broken is standing.

Liu Tianyun: Oh, Master, then I am blessed by misfortune?

Teacher: It can be said that when ordinary people are children, they do not know how to guide cultivation, and when they grow up, the meridians gradually stagnate, and the day after tomorrow they are reopened, which is naturally extremely difficult. If you guide cultivation while your vitality is growing, it is like diverting water to repair a canal, it will be naturally smooth and you will do more with less.

Liu Tianyun: Master, in our town, there was a young man who was injured by a horse and crushed by a carriage. After healing, he was suddenly very intelligent, reading ten lines at a glance. The originally stupid person, three years later, even two yuan in the middle school, and then passed the examination for the middle school, went to Zhejiang to become an official, and in addition to being an official, he could also give people a rule and merger.

Master: Oh, this is the so-called "great difficulty does not die, there will be a blessing." "This horse's treadmill just opened up his Qijing Eight Pulses, and the day after tomorrow, Yuan Qi rushed away from the mud pill and opened the eyes, which was also an adventure." Let me tell you a story.

Liu Tianyun: Okay, Master.

New Commentary: Liu Shenxian of the Republic of China (Falling into the Valley, How the Master Continued His Life 41)

Ming Jiajing was the first assistant Xu Jie

Master: During the Ming Jiajing period, there was a great traitor Yan Artemisia father and son, and also a rival Xu Jie, and finally Xu Jie overthrew Yan Artemisia and returned the loyal subjects to innocence.

This Xu Jie, zi sheng, Songjiang Huating people. According to the "History of Ming", he was born one year old, fell into a well, and went out for three days. At the age of five, he went from his father's way to the heavens, fell into the mountains, and hung his clothes on the tree without dying. People are different.

What does that mean?

That is to say, Xu Jie was less than one year old, and he could not walk, but would only climb everywhere. One day, taking advantage of the fact that none of his parents were paying attention, he pounced and fell into the well.

Liu Tianyun: One-year-old child, didn't this fall to his death?

Master: The great fortune of this misfortune, this well is a dry well. Xu Jie Xiaoyou just fell heavily in the mud of the dry well, the parents heard a sound on the other side of the well, and when they didn't see Xiao Xu Jie, they knew that it was not good, and went down the well to fish him up.

Xu Jie slept for three days and three nights, and it was reasonable to say that after such a long time, it was almost possible to handle the aftermath. But three days later he opened his eyes and came back to life.

In the days that followed, he talked and laughed, and could jump and jump. And when someone else reads it again, he remembers it when he plays next to it. Three-year-old Analects, five-year-old poetry, seven-year-old essay, standard prodigy.

Liu Tianyun: I didn't fall into a stupid fight, but I fell out of a prodigy.

Master: It's not over yet. When he was five years old, his father took him out of the house to visit friends in the Cangshan Mountains. The high road of Cangshan Mountain was dangerous, and as a result, he was skinny again, and he was not good at walking, and he jumped from the side of the cliff and fell down again.

His father was sad, and it was estimated that the man was hanging up. In addition to being sad, his father also went down to collect his body. Looked for half a day, did not find.

At this time, his father heard a voice calling out to him: Father, I am here. As soon as his father looked up, he saw him hanging on a branch under the cliff, alive and well.

Liu Tianyun: It's really hard not to die. Master, if I fall like this, how should I guide my cultivation? Don't ask for a child prodigy fairy body, it will be good to be healthy as before.

Master Zhengse said, "Tianyun, I was about to talk to you." As the old saying goes: All means are used to help, and cultivation still depends on itself. Others and covenants are auxiliaries, and the key is to rely on yourself.

Liu Tianyun: You said, Master, I will definitely listen.

Master: This cultivation is not only for you, but also for everyone. There are four main steps:

The first is to be diligent and bask in the sun.

If people want to live, they must move, and when they move, they will walk with qi and blood all over their bodies, and only by living X can they dissolve the stasis. If the whole body does not move, the qi and blood will stagnate, if the river does not flow, it will be corroded, the garbage will not be removed, and the evil will be born.

Basking in the sun is the most positive and largest yang qi between heaven and earth. The young sun at eight to ten o'clock in the morning and the old yang at three to five o'clock in the afternoon are all very good yang, and you must first bask in the back. If the forehead is slightly sweaty, then the gas is cleared, and then the front is sunburned.

Liu Tianyun: Okay, Master, as long as there is sun, I will dry every day, and try my best to do my own crutches. What else?

Master: Diet is the mainstay, supplemented by things.

In terms of diet, I will arrange it well, with meat and vegetarian combinations. First cook the beef until it is eroded into juice, add radish to mash into juice, don't underestimate the radish, it is a wonderful thing to breathe under the qi, adjust the temper, and rationalize the intestines.

Vegetarian food is mainly millet yam porridge, which is a life-saving fairy food, often eating Tofu Peiyuan, adjusting the spleen soil, nourishing the stomach and intestines.

Liu Tianyun: Okay, thank you Master for your hard work.

Master: Supplemented by black and white boiled water to continue life and loose water, four times a day.

Liu Tianyun: Ordinary people do not have black and white too old water to do?

Master: Replace it with astragalus water, if the conditions are good, take the party ginseng, and the yellow essence water is better.

Liu Tianyun: The third?

Master: Drink Kunlun wine every day and sleep at night.

Liu Tianyun: I know this (friends who don't know, check the previous articles by yourself, I will not repeat them here), what else?

Master: Finally, we have the Taoist secret method of living people's hearts.

Liu Tianyun: "The Law of Living Hearts"? Is this our Taoist cheats?

Master: This was written by Ming Zhuquan. This Zhu Quan is also known as Xuanzhou Daoist and Han Xuanzi. He was the seventeenth son of the Hongwu Emperor, and was given the title of King of Ningxian, with a fief in Liaodong.

New Commentary: Liu Shenxian of the Republic of China (Falling into the Valley, How the Master Continued His Life 41)

The Law of the Living Mind

This man was extremely intelligent, and he knew poetry, scripture, and medicine, and learned the Tao in his later years. In his lifetime, he wrote a lot of works, and in terms of medicine, he included "ShouYu Divine Formula", "Qiankun Medical Formula Collection", and "Immortal Living Heart Method".

Zhu Quan was ordered to edit two volumes of the Tongjian Bo Theory, and wrote six pieces of "Family Training", seventy-four chapters of "Ning Guo Yi Fan", two volumes of "Secret History of Han and Tang Dynasties", one volume of "Shi Jie", eight volumes of "Literary Genealogy", one volume of "Poetry Spectrum", and dozens of other records and compilations.

Liu Tianyun: He is really a psychic man and a god man.

Master: Zhu Quan was 13 years old and was crowned king of Ning, and his fief was Ningguo, which was Liaodong. Zhu Quan had the most powerful cavalry unit in the world, Duoyan Sanwei, who trained himself, was brave and good at war, and repeatedly met with the kings to fight in the jam, and was known for his good strategy.

He was kidnapped by Zhu Di during the Battle of Jingnan, and after the incident was completed, he divided the world and rebelled against Emperor Jianwen together. After Zhu Di took the throne, he repented, and Zhu Quan requested that the south be changed, not wanting to starve and freeze in the icy Liaodong.

New Commentary: Liu Shenxian of the Republic of China (Falling into the Valley, How the Master Continued His Life 41)

Liu Tianyun: He has made such a great contribution, Zhu Di should be able to satisfy him, not to mention the division of the world.

Master: But the heart of the emperor can be described as the unpredictable heart of heaven. When he asked for Suzhou, Zhu Di replied, "Suzhou belongs to Kiuchi. "It means that it is too close to the capital city of Nanjing, mainly the rich land in the southeast, and it cannot be assumed by others."

When he asked to go to Qiantang, Zhu Di said, "My father gave it to the fifth brother, but it came to no avail." Emperor Jianwen had no way, and he made his brother king in Qiantang, but he also failed to enjoy it. Jianning, Chongqing, Jingzhou, Dongchang are all good places, you can choose at will. "It means that in addition to the heavens on the top and the two places in Suzhou and Hangzhou below, you can choose, which seems generous, but in fact it is stingy."

Liu Tianyun: Later, when he arrived in Nanchang, his descendant Zhu Chenhao, the King of Ning, was sentenced to a contrarian judgment, and Wang Yangming was sentenced to a judgment, right?

Master: Yes. In February of the first year of Yongle (1403), Zhu Quan changed his title to Nanchang, and Zhu Di personally wrote a poem to send him off, ordering Zhu Quan to use the Cloth Administration As an official residence, and the scale of the building did not change.

Soon, someone accused Zhu Quan of using witchcraft to harm people and slander others, and Zhu Di ordered people to secretly investigate, but no evidence was obtained, so he stopped investigating the matter and could not be solved.

After this incident, Zhu Quan also understood that the fourth brother was not the fourth brother of the past, but a suspicious emperor, and he was only a courtier. Therefore, he spent all his days raising obscurity and building a study hall, playing the piano and reading in it, so that during Zhu Di's reign, Zhu Quan did not suffer from disasters.

Liu Tianyun: How long did Zhu Quan live?

Master: Seventy years old, when he arrived at Emperor Akihito (Zhu Di's eldest son Zhu Gaoxu succeeded to the throne), he was generous and had a good relationship with Uncle Seventeen from childhood, and the prohibition was slightly eased, not as harsh as his old son.

Zhu Quan wrote to say that Nanchang was not his fiefdom and wanted to change places and return to Suzhou and Hangzhou. Emperor Renzong replied, "Nanchang, my uncle has been enthroned from the previous emperor for more than twenty years, not a feudal state, so what is it?" "One bite rebuffed Uncle Seventeen."

Liu Tianyun: As soon as a person becomes emperor, he will change.

Master: Zhu Gaoxu was emperor for eight months before leaving, and his son Zhu Zhanji took the throne. In the third year of Xuande (1428), Zhu Quan wrote a letter to his nephew and grandson, asking Xuanzong's nephew and grandson to give him the tutian of Guancheng Township near Nanchang, and this small request was satisfied.

In the fourth year of Xuande (1429), Zhu Quan again pointed fingers at the imperial court, arguing that the clan should not determine the grade. The nephew was very angry and ordered that he was quite accusatory of the seventeenth uncle Zhu Quan. Zhu Quan rushed to write a letter to apologize.

Liu Tianyun: When you are old, you can't sell your old age with the old, so why don't you do so many idle things?

Master: At this time, Zhu Quan was nearly seventy years old, and most of the relevant officials in the court fell on him to curry favor with the emperor. So Zhu Quan spent all day interacting with literati and Taoist doctors, pinning his lofty ambitions on himself, calling himself a Daoist. In 1448, Zhu Quan died depressed.

Because Jiangxi is his fiefdom, he is blessed, and he gets the moon first near the water tower. He got along well with Zhang Yuchu, the 43rd Heavenly Master of Longhu Mountain, worshipped him as a master, studied Taoist scriptures, and promoted Taoist doctrines.

Zhu Quan also built a fine house on the outskirts of Nanchang, once created a Taoist temple and mausoleum in Xishan Ling, and the fourth brother Zhu Di also gave him the "Antarctic Immortal Palace".

The Eight-volume Daoist treatise "The Jade Book of the Emperor to the Dao Taiqing" was written in the ninth year of orthodoxy (1444) and included in the "Continuing Daozang".

The "Immortal Living Human Heart Method" is his book, which is mainly a synthesis of Taoist secret methods.
