He once served as the vice president and president of the Shenzhen Branch of China Architecture Northwest Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., and the head of the overseas business department of China Architecture Northwest Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. He once served as a member of the Standing Committee and director of the office of zhouzhi county party committee, and deputy county magistrate of Lantian County.
