Zhang Ping seriously violated the party's political discipline, organizational discipline, honesty discipline, mass discipline, work discipline, and life discipline, constituting a serious violation of official duties and suspected of accepting bribes and harboring and conniving at organized crimes of a triad nature, and still not relenting or relenting after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party, which is of a serious nature and has a bad impact, and should be dealt with severely. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Punishment of Public Employees in Government Affairs," and other relevant provisions, upon study by the Standing Committee of the Jiujiang Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection of the CPC and reported to the Jiujiang Municipal CPC Committee for approval, it was decided to give Zhang Ping the punishment of expulsion from the party; the Jiujiang Municipal Supervisory Commission would give him the punishment of dismissal from public office; confiscate his gains from violating discipline and the law; and transfer his suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution according to law, and the property involved would be transferred together.
