Shi Lin briefly introduced the basic situation of the economic and social development of Lintao County. Shi Lin said that in accordance with the unified arrangements of Qingdao and Dingxi cities, this time to come to Shibei District, docking and cooperation with Shibei District, talking about development, and carefully drawing a blueprint for collaborative development is an important measure to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on east-west cooperation and fixed-point assistance. On the future cooperation work, Shi Lin put forward the idea of cooperation from seven aspects, one is to support the construction of industrial parks and promote industrial development. It is hoped that Shibei District will concentrate on supporting the construction of modern agricultural industrial park in Lintao County, introduce leading enterprises, build standardized food processing plants and standardized cold chain logistics and warehousing facilities, and promote the development of agricultural industry. The second is to support the development of education and health and promote the improvement of people's livelihood. It is hoped that through this east-west cooperation, we can strengthen medical and health cooperation, help Lintao County build and improve a number of key medical departments, and promote the construction of a talent team in basic education and other aspects. The third is to support labor cooperation and promote employment and income. It is hoped that the two places will strengthen cooperation in the transfer of labor services and increase the income of migrant workers by increasing the docking of labor exports. The fourth is to support the construction of digital villages and promote the leapfrog development of Lintao. It is hoped that through preliminary research and docking, the sales channels between the two sides on the online and offline agricultural products will be opened, and through the construction of digital villages, The characteristic agricultural products of Lintao will go out. The fifth is to support consumption support and promote product upgrading. It is hoped that through consumption support, especially through e-commerce and cooperation with the canteens of government units in shibei district and some large agricultural product markets, the sales of agricultural products will be increased through various forms such as live streaming with goods. At the same time, with the support of Shibei District, we hope to establish a consumption warehouse in Shibei District, sell special agricultural products suitable for Qingdao City, and increase the income of Farmers in Lintao. The sixth is to support units to build hand in hand and improve the ability of cadres in our county. It is hoped that the neighborhood communities and organs and units in the north district of the city will establish a cooperative and co-construction relationship with the townships, towns, and organs and units in Lintao County, introduce some good work concepts, work systems, and mechanisms into Lintao, promote the development of Lintao, and enhance the momentum of Lintao cadres and officials in starting a business. The seventh is to support the construction of demonstration villages and towns and promote typical leadership. It is hoped that through strengthening cooperation and consultation with Shibei District, 1-2 townships and villages will be selected in Lintao to create demonstration points for rural revitalization and lead the construction of Lintao villages.
Zhang Xinzhu said that the twinning and cooperation between Shibei District and Lintao County is a political task entrusted to Shibei District by the Party Central Committee, and Shibei District will improve its political position, consider the long term, and do this year's work immediately, and at the same time, we must focus on the long term, use the logic of the market and the power of capital to form sustainable cooperation. For the needs of industrial development, people's livelihood projects, labor service cooperation and other aspects proposed by Lintao County, the Shibei District will receive all the orders, and will have specific goals, measures, and nodes for each work, maintain capital investment and the selection and dispatch of cadres and talents, further strengthen industrial cooperation, labor service cooperation, and consumption cooperation, earnestly grasp the implementation of various work, and promote the coordinated development of the two places to achieve more fruitful results.
