He hoped that through today's forum, universities and colleges can work together with the Dunhuang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government and the Dunhuang Research Institute in the future to promote the construction of an open art research platform, contribute to the research, dissemination and promotion of Dunhuang Studies, and contribute to the construction of the "Belt and Road".

He said that in 2022, Dunhuang will start the construction of the Dunhuang International Art Training Center, which will be completed and put into use by 2024. It just so happens that 2024 is the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the National Dunhuang Art Research Institute, which is very meaningful. It is expected that the presidents of various universities will give strong support in the joint education of art graduate students, undergraduate education practice, and research and study.
