As managers and practitioners, it is not easy and good to treat the problems exposed in their jurisdiction, region and field with such an attitude.

But from the perspective of solving the problem, the author believes that it is not enough to be thankful, welcomed, and humiliated. Whether it is the rampant number of trumpet dealers, the various and endless slaughtering incidents in hot tourist areas, or the weakness of manufacturing, these problems have already existed. Therefore, how to achieve the knife under the knife through effective means is more concerned. As the secretary of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee said at the current npc meeting, when answering the reasons for the sharp decrease in complaints in the Hainan tourism market last year: "You pit two thousand tourists, I will fine you 100,000, if you pit again, I will punish you more, you dare to deceive customers and rip off customers, let you ruin your family." As far as the solution of the problem is concerned, perhaps such a "vicious" strict investigation and aggravation of punishment is more effective than generous thanks or welcome, and more practical than still feeling humiliated or even indignant to the point of being indescribable.
