He was a big man at Wigan's defender and won their Player of the Year twice in 2001 and 2002 before Redknapp persuaded him to sign for Portsmouth.
The Dutchman has a medical university degree, which helped him pursue a career investigating crime. After retiring in 2009, he began working closely with the forensic department.
3. Gavin Peacock – Pastor
After making more than 600 appearances for clubs such as Newcastle United and Chelsea, Gavin Picoc retired and appeared on television as an expert.
In 2008, Picock said goodbye to the BBC and went to Canada to become a pastor. The former player is currently an associate pastor at Galleyline Church in Calgary.
The midfielder became Chelsea's top scorer with 14 goals in 1993-94 and his contribution was instrumental in the Blues' semi-finals in the 1995 League Cup Winners' Cup.
Picock retired in 2002 after making nearly 540 appearances in the First, Second and Premier Leagues, scoring nearly 100 goals in his football career.

1. Gordon Davis – Pest Control
The former Welsh striker, who played for prestigious clubs such as Chelsea, Manchester City and Fulham, retired and decided to deal with fleas, bugs and cockroaches.
